**Recruitment Consultant - Graduates Wanted**

**Basic salary between £23,000-£30,000**

**OTE £40,000 year one, £60,000 year two and £80,000 year three.**

**What your day looks like**:

- Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
- Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
- Communicating to all types of people in high volumes
- Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
- Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition

**What are we looking for in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**
- Confident with and an outgoing personality
- Degree educated
- Sports backgrounds are a huge advantage
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with the power to increase your earnings
- A desire to fast-track your career progression
