**The Graduate Scheme - Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool**

We have a 6-12 month training programme covering all elements of the recruitment lifecycle. Firstly, you would master market mapping, learning the market in detail & our clients and their competition, utilising LinkedIn.

Thereon you will be running your own desk, building your own relationships & making commission.

**On offer - Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool**

Starting at £30,000 basic salary. Upon promotion to Consultant you will start earning full commission, just on achieving company targets you will earn £70,000 per year, a number of our Consultants are earning in excess of £100,000 per year

We offer a fast-track career structure, once you have mastered the sales side of the role, we have a management scheme all the way to becoming a Director, having equity and running your own international territory.

We are a very incentive driven culture. Our High Rollers Club allows successful Consultants to go to Michelin-starred restaurants in The North-West & London - last quarter we went to Moore Hall & The New Sexy Fish in Manchester, next quarter is Luca in London.

Our London team have just recently been to Barcelona, our NYC team has a skiing incentive also.

Must have a strong academic background, first class, or upper second with A*-B at A-Level

Sales experience would be beneficial

Strong sporting, or extra-curricular background
