**The Opportunity**

CRG TEC are a technology focussed recruitment business who work with some of the UKs fastest growing and most exciting tech companies..

We are offering the chance for a Graduate to join our team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant.

Like our tech clients, we work in a similar manner and you'll get the chance to work in the coolest office space in Liverpool and in one of the most iconic locations in the world - The Royal Albert Dock.

You'll join our 12 month Graduate Recruitment programme built by our Director's, that has been responsible for our Senior Consultant's becoming the go to names in their markets and well respected by their clients.

You've probably never considered a career in recruitment before, so what's it all about?

You'll read a load of nonsense on other adverts that say in your first year, you'll earn £100k
- if you believe those type of adverts, then I would suggest recruitment isn't for you.

The truth is recruitment is a meritocracy
- so you'll have to gain experience first and put in the hard work before you start to see the returns that some of our Senior Consultants earn year in and out.

In the first 12months, it's going to be about learning and lots of it. We will coach you through every step of the recruitment process, from the mundane to the sublime and you will have to be comfortable with both.
- You'll have to be very comfortable dealing with people from all walks of life and be able to treat them as how you would like to be treated.
- You'll have to be very comfortable with meeting people for interviews and attending client meetings.
- You'll have to be very comfortable with process and problem solving, dealing with lots of moving parts at once.
- We would like you to have a natural interest in technology and a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in what our clients do. To us this is the most exciting part.
- Lastly you'll have to be hungry to make a success for yourself in business. As touched on, recruitment is a meritocracy and often you will only get back from recruitment what you put in.

The rest we can teach you, but we cannot teach you the above, you either have it or you don't and that is what we will be looking to identify at interview
