Sales Surveyor

The Walk-In Shower Co. is a fast growing, customer satisfaction and sales obsessed company that installs walk-in showers for customers that are in need of bath to shower adaptions typically due to mobility across the Midlands, Northamptonshire, Staffordshire & Derbyshire areas.

We require a sales surveyor in the Shropshire area to manage new incoming leads, attend home visits, create new quotes and ensure all open sales opportunities are regularly contacted until a decision is reached.

You will need to be a proven sales professional with experience in surveying and closing sales in the customers home. Experience in the bathroom / kitchen or heating sector is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Typically you will attend 10 home visit surveys per week at times to suit the customer. You will need to be highly motivated and able to manage your own diary.

You must have:

- Proven sales track record converting minimum 50% of home visits to sales.
- Exceptional lead management organisation skills following every enquiry to a yes / no decision.
- Your own vehicle, prepared to travel within a 1.5 hour radius of your home.
- Efficient organisation skills, contacting and vetting leads promptly, ensuring the company does not waste any lead opportunities.
- No criminal convictions that will prevent you from working in the home of vulnerable customers.
- Computer skills to quote and manage leads through our provided systems.
- A positive mentality and ability to adapt in a fast growing and ever evolving business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £150.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Commission pay
