**Our** **Business Delivery Team**:
We make sure the cogs in the operational engine keep turning. We're not saying we are the only mechanics involved in that, but we take new products and provide support with their launch and maintenance.

**Role Purpose**:
To work with your team and as an individual to complete end to end fulfilment for all Ello Brands and Stakeholders:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- You will assist Commercial Teams with client promotional duties and correspondence.
- Reviewing marketing templates per client and ensuring contractual related paperwork is completed in a timely manner and stored as per the company procedures.
- You will be reviewing client orders, creation of invoices and handling any client queries.
- You will manage Client and customer subscriptions.
- Monitoring communication channels and feeding back to relevant departments when necessary.
- Providing operational support when required to support Ello Group products.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Head of department or relevant line manager.
- The timely and correct completion of all allocated work by following the QC processes put in place by the Team Supervisor and Dept Head.
- You'll have the tech ability and skills to be able to use all Ello's relevant admin systems, printing software, Microsoft office and machinery to compete end to end sales fulfilment duties with training.
- You will be assisting colleagues with stock management within the department.
- To complete fulfilment requirements from each Ello brand and sales channel.
- You will be an agile team member who can adapt to the changing needs of the business and can successfully engage in cross department communication and working with other departments when needed.
- You will be able to prioritise workloads and be a highly organised individual who can work under pressure.
- To have a keen eye for detail and voice any possible process improvements to continually review the efficiency of any workflow Roadshow support when required.
- Always ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019

- Able to comply with established procedures for all sales, logistics and fulfilment requests, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators to maximise customer/stakeholder satisfaction.
