**Sales Administrator / Customer Support**
**About Us**:
Progressive Security company, provides a complete design and installation service in the CCTV and Alarm market. Join our team to support our busy Sales Admin departments.
You will be the first point of contact for existing clients, guiding them through our technical support and technical guidance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Administer and assign all enquiries
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Arrange booked appointments for the Field Service Engineers.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the Sales team with nurturing activities for clients and prospects.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Facilitate direct mail campaigns and manage customer feedback collection.
- **General Office Duties**: Perform essential office and reception tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £300.00-£400.00 per week
