Job Location: Leeds

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to work from our busy National Service Bureau, Leeds. Reporting directly to our Scheduling Supervisor - Maintenance Work Planning, the role will serve as a primary contact to meet our customer’s PPM needs, ensuring Secom meets our clients Fire & Security maintenance expectations and agreed SLA/KPI’s.

**The Role**
- Coordinate daily activities and routes using SECOM's operating platform for efficient maintenance planning.
- Foster effective teamwork within the maintenance planning team to ensure smooth operations.
- Meet daily targets by effectively planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Achieve monthly call quality and planner audits KPI’s.
- Collaborate with NSB reactive call planners to plan and optimise the diary for meeting companies' and clients' expectations.
- Input client order numbers onto PPM calls as necessary for proper tracking and documentation.
- Cross-reference SECOM's operating platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage the workflow of engineers, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
- Proactively plan and communicate with critical account and domestic customers, setting and meeting promise times.
- Ensure timely completion of PPMs within the required timescales, actively managing replans if necessary.
- Upload necessary portal documentation related to PPMs to maintain accurate records and compliance.
- Ensure that site documentation (e.g., RAMs, centre passes) is provided in advance to enable engineers' access to client premises.
