Repairs Coordinator/planner

**The Role**
The role of the Planner / Scheduler is to support senior colleagues by scheduling and planning the work for a team of multi-disciplined operatives and engineers, ensuring the operatives and engineers are fully utilised, jobs are closed in a timely manner and appointments are booked in for any works not completed at first visit.
**What will you deliver?**
- Scheduling appointments through the EPIX IT system.
- Ensuring the operative / engineer is fully utilised and contacted throughout the day.
- Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
- Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
- Clear categories and report daily.
- Written and verbal communication with clients and customers.
- Dealing with the WORK ORDERS mailbox
- Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Any administration task to support the role
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience of operating in a commercial, multi-divisional organisation.
- A good understanding of MS office suite.
- Experience of dealing with clients and supply chain.
- Previous experience in scheduling of works.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,800.00-£23,920.00 per year
