Regional Guest Service Ambassador

Job Introduction
**We are recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at one of our prestigious client's office in Reading.**

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This role is 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, the core service hours of Customer Services are 08:30-17:30 but flexible, based on client needs.

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are to:

- Warmly greet all guests/ visitors with a smile, following agreed standards.
- Ordering and delivering catering and hospitality services according to bookings. Maximising sales opportunities through selling techniques
- To work flexibly across Reception, Hospitality, Employee Dining, Restaurant/Coffee shop (where applicable) and back of house on a shift rota basis, based on business needs.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times. Keep all information and materials relating to the business of the Firm or its clients strictly confidential.

I like to think ‘outside of the box’ and always look for innovative ways to improve efficiencies and enhance guest services, whilst showing that I am flexible and adaptable in my approach to everything that I do.
