Porsche Retail Group have an excellent opportunity for a **Product Expert / Brand Ambassador**to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious and growing team at **Porsche Centre Reading**. This state of art newly refurbished showroom is the first “Destination Porsche” Centre in the UK. The Centre shares a site with Porsche Central Operations and both the Porsche Retail Group and Porsche Cars Great BritainHead Offices, with shared facilities including an onsite restaurant, coffee bar and parking.The site is also located within walking distance of a local shopping park.
**Please note**:To be considered for this position, you must hold a full UK driving licence and be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes when driving Porsche’s full range of products.

**About the role
**Working in our showroom, as Product Expert / Brand Ambassador you will:

- Create experiences that go beyond sales and give visitors to our Porsche Centre an experience to remember
- Introduce visitors to the exciting world of Porsche, sharing unique brand and product insights, creating real moments of intrigue, curiosity and fascination, and making them feel a part of the Porsche story

In doing so, you’ll inspire visitors, filling them with enthusiasm to get behind the wheel without obligation, and, ultimately, transforming them into Porsche owners - and loyal clients.
**You won’t be selling**. Instead, as a genuine part of the Porsche family, you’ll use your encyclopaedic knowledge of the brand, honest advice and natural conversational charm to ensure every visitor feels as if they’re comfortably chatting abouta car you’re both passionate about. By being authentic, you’ll give them the information they need to make the right decision on the perfect car. In short, you will have the power to inspire complete customer satisfaction, and the innate ambition and enthusiasmto consistently deliver unique experiences, rather than meet targets.
**What will you be doing?
**In the role of Product Expert / Brand Ambassador, you will
- Analyse customer needs, interests and specific preferences, using your extensive knowledge and professional instincts to identify the appropriate model and recommend to customers the optional features that you think will truly benefit their lifestyle. Thismeans you’ll need to think on your feet and know every update and innovation inside out
- Initiate customer investment in the Porsche story and their favourite model, before introducing them to your Sales Consultant colleagues
- Seamlessly forward them on to the welcome journey of Porsche ownership
- Beyond the showroom, you’ll be a constant provider of support, proactively sharing your expertise with others, taking ownership over training and even sharing your knowledge with team members that you interact with across the business.

**About the rewards
**For the role of Product Expert / Brand Ambassador, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm (with a designated day off) and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
There is a basic salary on offer of £27,000 per annum, with an annual bonus of circa £2,500, You will also receive a fantastic benefits package, including:
