**Leadership and Management Learning Consultant**

Hybrid working (office based in London)This role mixes training delivery (30%) with working with clients and solutions consultants to create contextualised and tailored learning solutions for clients for a specific practice area (30%).Through managing key stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, the role contributes to improving and renewing teaching and learning standards and approaches in the practise area including updating SME to meet the evolving needs and contexts of clients and learners (40%).**Skills and Requirements**:

- You will have an extensive background in Leadership and Management Training and Development
- You'll have the ability to conduct thorough training needs analysis, contextualised and tailored content development and develop solutions
- You will have excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling training programmes
- Strong internal and external customer interpersonal and communication will be strong skills that you poses
- You will have the capability to support large bids and proposals and define innovative solutions to meet a client’s needs.
- You will have demonstrable experience of design, development and delivery of contextualised and tailored learning solutions in the practice area.
- You will have experience in engaging and influencing at senior management and ‘Board’ level.
- You will have experience of using blended learning methods and bringing innovation to the design of learning service
