Leadership and Management Facilitator – Virtual Delivery Specialist

Full-time | Fully Remote | Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

What the role involves:

You'll design and deliver leadership programmes exclusively through virtual platforms, working with experienced professionals across multiple industries. You'll bring theory to life in the digital space and create a challenging, practical learning environment where people feel stretched, connected, and supported – even through a screen.

You will:

• Facilitate dynamic virtual workshops that use accelerated learning principles to create deep engagement and understanding in the online environment
• Deliver consistently excellent sessions using platforms like Zoom and Teams, maximising the strengths of virtual delivery rather than simply replicating face-to-face approaches
• Work in partnership with coaches and internal teams to create a seamless participant experience across all touchpoints
• Contribute to programme design and innovation, specifically focused on elevating our virtual delivery methods. You'll help us identify what world-class looks like and implement it. Your first-hand experience will inform decisions about content, technology, and delivery approaches. We expect you to be part of shaping what we do, not just delivering it.
• This is a fully remote role with no travel requirements – you'll work from your home setup with full technical support from us

What we're looking for:

You're a facilitator who can light up a virtual room. You have a proven track record of creating powerful learning experiences online – not just a presenter who's moved to Zoom, but someone who truly understands the dynamics of virtual facilitation. That means you know how to create connection through a camera, read the digital room, use breakouts strategically, manage energy across screens, and make virtual learning feel immediate and impactful.

You'll need:

• A strong background in leadership and management. You've led teams, made tough calls, and understand the challenges modern managers and leaders face
• Significant virtual facilitation experience with demonstrable excellence in online delivery across varied audiences – from operational and frontline leadership to complex, matrix-style corporate environments
• Mastery of virtual facilitation tools and techniques, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital learning
• A real commitment to reflective practice and CPD. You'll be expected to stay at the forefront of virtual facilitation best practice, drive your own development, and contribute to the team's development
• The ability to adapt content for various organisational contexts and create engaging and inclusive virtual sessions that reflect the diverse industries and people we work with
• A working knowledge of the principles of accelerated learning and fresh ideas about how these translate to the virtual space
