Adaptis is a learning and development consultancy that turns the latest thinking in psychology into practical solutions that deliver real behavioural change and results. Our clients range from tech start-ups in Vancouver, global manufacturing in Germany, to law firms and investment banks in London and New York – any organisation that values its people. We work with them to build bespoke leadership development programmes, informed by the most current research, which help to drive their people and their businesses forward.

We're looking for experienced facilitators who are fluent in English and at least one other language. German is especially in demand.

In this role, you'll deliver our leadership programs to diverse audiences, sometimes switching between languages or leading entire sessions in another language. You need to be comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions as occasional travel to client sites will be required (within or outside of UK).

What we need from you:

  • Language Skills:
    Fluent in English + German
  • Facilitation Experience:
    Proven experience delivering leadership or corporate training, virtually and in-person.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication:
    Able to engage diverse audiences and adapt content for different cultural contexts.
  • Flexibility & Travel:
    Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible hours.
  • Coaching & Relationship Skills:
    Strong mentoring, coaching, and relationship-building abilities to support participants' growth.
