Location: - Central Brighton (hybrid working)

Hours**:Monday to Friday**, 37.5 hours a week (10am-7:30pm) OR **Tuesday to Saturday**, 9-5.30 (2 positions available)

Pay**:£23,000**p/a

Office Angels are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join their growing team in central Brighton, this is a chance to join an extremely exciting company which is expanding rapidly. The company is going from strength to strength online and hasjust secured millions in funding and investment.

**About your new role**:

- Answering written and over the phone customer queries via their bespoke system
- Handle calls to ensure their best possible service is maintained
- Manage after care customer queries and collaborating with other teams within the business
- Take ownership of a customer account and caseload through to point of completion (including all administration)

**About you**:

- A friendly positive person with a proactive can-do approach to work who enjoys working as part of an enthusiastic team
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- An organised working style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own initiative and manage workload
- Adapt to new processes and systems easily
