Antenatal & Newborn Screening Failsafe Admin Assistant - Band 3 - Maternity - 21 Hours per week - Permanent**
**We are looking for a Antenatal and Newborn Screening Failsafe Administration Assistant to join are maternity team.**
**Working alongside a small screening team you will play a key role in supporting delivery of national initiatives aimed at improving effectiveness of the screening programmes. The ability to communicate effectively with other health professionals internally and externally, as well as service users is essential. The failsafe officer will be required to work on their own initiative and organise their workload effectively, occasionally working alone in the screening office. The failsafe officer reports to the screening midwife coordinator. Full training will be provided to develop confidence in failsafe duties and appropriate escalation to ensure quality and safety of the six antenatal and newborn screening programmes.**
