**Duration: 8 months with possible extensions**

**Location: London or Leeds - Hybrid**

**Salary: £55,900 - £61,900**

The duties of the Communications Project Manager include:

- Assist in the delivery of the necessary communication for the duration of the HR and OD Transition programme to support ICS Development and Merger activity
- Support the workforce change work within the organisation
- Bean active part of the programme team and actively support the delivery of excellence in accessible, inclusive staff and stakeholder communications and engagement
- Ability to navigate the complexities of a major national change programme, working effectively with trade unions, legal advisors, and policy colleagues
- Use a strategic approach to planning inclusive internal change communications and engagement to support a successful national workforce change programme
- Support formal staff consultations with timely communication plans and materials whilst supporting the delegation of commissioning activity with professional engagement
- Actively promote staff wellbeing
- Drive this communication and engagement work through practical development and delivery of high quality, impactful creative and innovative context
- Ensure timely delivery to staff and other key audiences in the right way so they feel informed, involved, and engaged, organising evaluations where necessary
- Supporting development of key assets to support the HR/OD community
- Manage events, drop ins and broadcasts etc
- Weekly programme reporting
- Team Management
- Channel management and communication planning and co-ordination

The Communications Project Manager will ideally have:

- Experience within the public sector
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a large-scale change communications programme
- Experience of working in partnerships across multiple teams such as communications, HR/OD, Policy and Legal, Trade Unions and partner organisations
- Be IT Literate and expert users of Microsoft365, Teams and SharePoint
