**Senior Delivery Manager - Agile - Hybrid - Manchestor - Inside IR35 - £625 per day - 6 Months**

DataBuzz are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious public sector organisation who is looking for Senior Delivery Manager - Agile.

As a Senior Delivery Manager - Agile, you will be expected to deliver key objectives and working closely with cross functional product teams building a delivery roadmap and acting as delivery lead, removing blockers ensuring deliverables are met.

As a Senior Delivery Manager - Agile, you will be expected to take an agile iterative approach ensuring improvements and deliverables met.

As a Senior Delivery Manager - Agile, you will be expected to have experience of business operational process design, user research, user experience design and aspects of policy development to help manage delivery and setting the pace for delivery.

As a Senior Delivery Manager - Agile, you will be expected to work closely with cross functional product teams to build a delivery roadmap.

**Experiences & Skills**:

- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team across digital and non-digital channels.
- Experience of managing agile delivery of projects/programmes
- Experience of building relationships and work closely with policy, legal and other expert colleagues to make sure programme meets policy intent
- Experience of understanding the variety and complexity of users' digital needs and ensure programme will meet users' digital needs
- Experience of business operational process design, user research, user experience design and aspects of policy development to help manage delivery and setting the pace for delivery.
- Able to adapt and reflect, be resilient but also able to recognise when something does not work and encourage a mind-set of experimentation.
- Able to nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and lead on the development of business improvement.
- Able to promote self-managing teams ensuring impediments and blockers are mitigated or removed.
- Experience of owning business relationships with various teams and ensure that the programme has effective governance mechanisms.
- Able to ensure funding is in place and track spending on the programme.

**Nice-to-have skills and experience**:

- Experience in security or identity will be beneficial

As a Senior Delivery Manager - Agile you will earn a competitive day rate of £625 per day.
