We’re passionate about building brilliant products, and we want you to help make that happen.What you’ll be working onYou’ll lead the delivery of technical software projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes across a variety of digital initiatives. You’ll shape project scope, manage delivery, and act as the link between technical and non-technical stakeholders. With a strong focus on planning, communication and continuous improvement, you’ll play a vital role in keeping software projects aligned, efficient, and on track.Define and shape project scope, objectives, and deliverables to set every project up for successCollaborate with Solution Architects and development leads to understand technical solutions and inform accurate planningAct as the bridge between technical teams and clients, translating technical risks and challenges into clear, actionable insightWork with the resourcing team to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and timelines are realisticCreate estimates based on project scope and resourcing needsTrack budgets and report on project financials, including burndown and forecastsProactively manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies — escalating or resolving issues earlyBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersApply industry best practices, tools and techniques to ensure smooth project executionManage project scope, oversee change requests, and ensure invoicing aligns with agreed Statements of WorkWhat you’ll bring to the teamYou’ll bring solid experience managing complex software projects, ideally within a digital consultancy or software development environment. You’ll be confident navigating both the technical and human sides of delivery, from understanding architecture and integrations to guiding stakeholders through decisions with clarity and confidence.Experience delivering end-to-end technical projects, including large-scale application and system integration workComfortable engaging in solution architecture discussions and reviewing technical documentation to support planning and risk managementSkilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholdersConfident using Project Management software tools like Jira, Confluence and Certinia to manage delivery and documentationStrong understanding of agile delivery practices, with flexibility to adapt to more traditional methods when neededExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — including senior client partnersStrategic thinker with a forward-planning mindset and strong attention to detailSelf-motivated, outcome-focused and able to work independently when neededCalm under pressure, with a persistent and solutions-oriented approachOrganised and reliable, able to manage competing priorities with confidenceAlongside a great range of benefits, we’re a friendly, collaborative community that offers events, activities, opportunities and rewards for our people.
