**The Role**: IT Asset & Logistics Manager
PIB Group is seeking an IT Asset & Logistics Manager to manage the planning, processing, and logistics of IT Asset and EUC management processes throughout the supply chain and support lifecycle across multiple distribution hubs that support our UK businesses. This is a critical role that will be responsible for the overall management, logistics, distribution, and auditing of all PIB Group IT EUC and hardware assets on behalf of our end users.
**Responsibilities: **
As the IT Asset & Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and managing efficient and effective processes for the provisioning, logistics, maintenance, returns and de-provisioning of all End User Compute (EUC) hardware and account access.
- Reviewing and monitoring the demand, availability, and stock information on all IT hardware and working with our wider IT teams and business areas to understand their requirements.
- Inputting into the continuous improvement of the IT equipment and procurement policies and work to ensure end-user adherence to them.
- Providing oversight and delivery of a robust stock control and hardware asset management process to ensure all demands are planned and accounted for and all assets are logged and audited.
- Providing management reporting on the end-to-end hardware and EUC lifecycle, including trend data and recommendations on demand planning, remedial actions required around compliance and any issues on warranty and support.
- Monitoring demand and spend for IT hardware, tracking actuals against agreed forecasting and providing input to any reforecasting activity.
- Delivering the Starters, Movers, Leavers (SML) equipment process, ensuring alignment to defined group policies.
- Ensuring all agreed SLAs are met, both internally and externally, and ensuring any breaches are escalated and managed appropriately.
- Being the initial escalation point for the IT Asset Management process and providing support with any required IT Service Management activity.
- Acting as the interface between internal business users, external suppliers, and the wider IT teams - responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships and processes.
- Ensuring effective delivery of results through others, including teams of indirect reports, internal colleagues, and external suppliers.
**Experience: **
- Performing in a similar Supply Chain/Logistics/Asset Management role within an IT function.
- IT Infrastructure and/or SaaS management.
- Project management.
- ITIL knowledge.
- User access management in a multisite environment.
- Hardware Asset Management.
- End User Compute (EUC)
- Planning, logistics, and demand management.
- Budget and financial processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability.
