**The Training that Elevates You**

Buckle up for an intensive 8-week training program at our dedicated Engineering Learning Academy at Heathrow. We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge to work safely in both hangar and terminal environments. Your success in the course will open doors to a range of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections to critical component changes.

**Your Technical Expertise will Soar**

As a responsible Aircraft Mechanic, you'll maintain a safe working environment and adhere to the highest quality, health, safety, and environment regulations. Embrace the power of technology as you carry out IT and documentary transactions. Your training will help you understand material consumption, ordering, and the component 'fit and remove' process. Always striving for excellence, you'll continuously expand your knowledge and skill base through training, technology, and experience.

**The Sky is the Limit, with a Great Team**

Get ready to work alongside an incredible team. Your line manager, the Duty Shift Manager, will guide you through the journey. You'll collaborate with your Satellite Engineers, skilled engineers, Maintenance Planning, Engineering Control Centres, and the Technical Support Group (Part M). Together, you'll reach new heights and achieve greatness.

**What you will need**
- At least 12 months of engineering experience will serve as your ticket to this exciting opportunity.
- Bring your engineering hand skills, ability to follow procedures, and a talent for technical documentation.
- Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you connect with colleagues and excel in your role.
- Sound problem-solving prowess and PC literacy
- And don't forget to bring your UK Driving Licence.

- You'll start with an entry basic salary of £33,732, with the potential to rise to £39,153 after passing probation and gaining your approvals.
