The Victoria is a truly unique redevelopment of the former hospital site and will see the creation of a whole new community, including a public realm, retail units, green space and beautiful new homes to suit a variety of people.

**This isone of the most exciting projects in Scotland delivering over 400 new homes and traditional conversions in the heart of Glasgow’s South Side.** We are looking for outstanding New Homes Site Negotiators to make a positiveimpact on this flagship development.

**About the role**

As part of the Countrywide Land and New Homes team in Scotland, we are looking to establish an on-site sales team with the same passion for property that we have, with a strong focus on delivering the very highest standards of customer service.

**Skills and experience required**
- New Homes experience in a target driven fast moving environment, with experience of the consumer code and health and safety requirements. (or relevant transferable sales and customer service skills with a passion for working in the property industry)
- The ability to work with a wide range of clients from first time buyers to downsizing homeowners, everyone in between and adapting your approach tailored to their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate as part of a team and work on your own initiative.
- Genuine interest in helping buyers make fully informed decisions when buying from plan, introducing specialist services to support the customer journey. (Mortgage, Conveyancing, and assisted move Services)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to report in a clear and concise manner with a positive approach to problem solving.
- A structured approach to sales progression, with the ability to positively influence the outcome.
- Excellent working knowledge of development drawings, customer choice options, home demonstrations and plot completion process
- Developing relationships with buyers through consultation, fact finding, great communication and always acting with integrity.
- A competent negotiator with the ability to overcome objections, agree solutions and close deals.
- Clean Driving Licence

- You thrive in a fast moving, target driven sales environment, constantly delivering without compromising the customer journey.
- Every decision you make is based on integrity, doing the right thing for every buyer, always helping them make fully informed decisions.
- Able to commit to weekend working as part of your normal working week.
