This will involve working closely with departmental colleagues through out Children Services, Early Help, Social Care, Public, Business Support, Procurement, Catering, Commissioning, Local Councillors and Communications team to ensure promotion of the available ‘Healthy Holiday Activities’.

Considerable experience of engaging with children and families (service users) in a range of settings e.g., school/ group based/community based, and detailed knowledge of what works to effect positive change for children and families experiencing difficulties.

Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with professionals from a range of agencies and experience of planning support for children and families.

Experience of working within a safeguarding environment and knowledge of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Must have excellent IT skills and proven track record of working on project based activities.
