**Job description**

We are looking for an admin assistant.

**Mon - Fri 9.30 - 1.30 Flexible**

An opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our office family. We're a fast growing, service based industry providing cleaning services to a range of enterprises nationwide.

By supporting our team, you will be based in our Blackburn head office, providing administrative support for employees while monitoring and managing up to date records and database.
- Data entry experience
- speed and accuracy essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures and adapt to changing deadlines
- Proficient IT skills
- Previous office experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in Invoicing and Microsoft preferred.

**Duties include**: General office admin duties; typing, answering phone, uploading information & maintaining databases etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
