We have an excellent opportunity for a **Customer Service/Stock Coordinator** to join the team within our new Cheshire Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service Centre based in Winsford. This is a combined role where you'll support effective day to day customer service as well as, stock selection and management operation.

Ross Care, as part of Millbrook Healthcare Group work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life. This TEC service provides the assessment of service users’ care technology needs all the way through to the installation, maintenance and review of technology equipment.

**About the role**:

- Assist and manage incoming calls, answering any queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating equipment orders to be delivered, installed and collected
- Entering equipment orders via the online system on behalf of service users, family, carers and prescribers
- Order analysis by checking, identifying and reporting any errors made via online orders
- Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system
- General administration that supports daily activities and duties
- You may be required to assist with selecting appropriate stock in the warehouse for Technicians, ensuring stock is recorded and maintained
- Assisting with annual stock checks

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced customer service environment
- Relevant telephone based customer service experience is preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience of administration, order processing and scheduling of workloads would be advantageous
- Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
