What does the role involve?

As a Fleet Compliance Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all our vehicles are safe and legally compliant by working closely with our customers and managing the process and meeting the standards that our vehicles need to meet. You'll be interacting with customers, drivers and suppliers to ensure vehicles undergo safety and compliance checks at the appropriate time.

If you choose to join us,you'll receive **industry-leading training** through our Customer First programme and our** accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy**. Working as part of a small team, you'll use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to delight customers whilst helping with a wide variety of queries and requests.

**We operate hybrid working, whereby attendance of the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 2 days per week.**

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Speaking with repairers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Scheduling all compliance events to customer or business requirements
- Progressing receipt of all relevant compliance documentation and certificates
- Regular reporting and system navigation

What are we looking for?

You're enthusiastic and enjoy delivering great customer service. You're also well organised and have good attention to detail.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate, specifically in the use of Excel
- Self-motivated and a desire to delight your customers
- You enjoy learning new things
