**OVERVIEW**
My client is a Niche Business Change and Transformation Consultancy based in London. They are looking for an ITSM System Administrator (ServiceNow) to join them on a permanent basis. The core of what you'll be bringing to the table will be solid ServiceNowsystem administration skills, along with the versatility to grow and learn more within the tooling space.
**JOB SUMMARY**
- Background in enterprise tooling, experience in the ITSM space, skills in ServiceNow?
- The core of what you'll be bringing to the table will be solid ServiceNow system administration skills, along with the versatility to grow and learn more within the tooling space.
- To grow you into a mature, technical consultant who will grow to build and own their own solutions respective to the ITSM domain and at least one other technical capability and discipline.
- Scope of this role will be to take you from a system administrator through to fully fledged consultant at whatever the pace you can handle is.
- With the correct guidance, mentorship, knowledge and experience we can set you on an exciting, and realistic path to becoming a Senior Technology consultant specialising in ITSM and at least one other discipline.

Beyond the core requirements of you around ServiceNow System administration, the range of technologies and tools at your disposal will be broad, but in summary future options would cover technologies and tools in:

- Service Management Technologies
- Discovery Solutions
- Cognitive AI platforms
- Data Analytics
- And Automation Capabilities

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**Essential**
- Experience in customer service-based roles (Help desk/service desk L1, L2)
- 5+ years hands on IT System Administration roles
- 2+ years hands on ServiceNow System administration
- Excellent communication and people skills as ultimately, this is where you will end up spending a lot of your time as you move into consultancy-based activities
- Strong problem analysis skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present findings

**Desirables**
- ServiceNow System Administration certification (or more)
- ServiceNow Implementation exposure
- Any ServiceNow platform development exposure
- A plate spinner, a purposeful multitasker who can deliver on time
- A go-getter who can pull up their socks and focus on the job at hand
- Any other enterprising tooling experience in Monitoring & Assurance, Discovery & CMDB, Data & Analytics or Automation
- A personable team player who can gel well with both colleagues and clients
- An active SC Clearance or the willing to move through the SC clearance process
- The desire in becoming a well-rounded technical consultant
