An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to work closely with our Engineering and Travel Plan Co-ordinator teams to ensure the delivery marketing and social media for new developments.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the promotion of sustainable travel and monitoring the outcome.
- Liaising with suppliers and ordering / managing the supply and delivery of company related products and marketing literature.
- Working alongside our current marketing agency and creation of independent material in promoting the business including monitoring and contributing to social media groups and pages such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Production of marketing material for print and web use. Experience and use of Adobe Creative Cloud Packages, including Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator or similar.
- Assisting in coordinating and delivering promotional event initiatives, our annual marketing strategy and Travel Plan initiatives, bespoke to target communities.
- Preferably a minimum of 1+ years’ experience within a Digital Marketing role.
- An experience in managing SEO and Social Media campaigns.
- Have an analytical thought process.
- Have a good understanding of websites (design and function).
- A passion for digital marketing with an awareness of emerging trends and industry changes.
- An excellent understanding of the digital marketing channels listed above.
- Be a good communicator with both peers and clients.
- Be competent with the use of basic Microsoft Office software, including use of Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- Have a knowledge in up-selling at appropriate opportunities and be confident in pitching our services to prospective clients.
- Experience within a marketing agency environment would be advantageous.

- Maths and English at GCSE grade C or 4, or CSE/O level /similar at equivalent grade (is essential) **One or more years’ experience in a marketing related field (desirable)**:

- WordPress and Typeform or similar (desirable / experience prefered)
- Adobe Creative Cloud Packages, including Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator or similar (desirable / experience prefered)
- Understand the importance of design quality in marketing
- Microsoft Office (Word and excel are essential)
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
