We are looking for a **Marketing Campaign Executive** to assist in the growth of our marketing campaign program and internal insights. As part of the Marketing Insight Team, you will proactively support the Marketing Insight Projects Lead inproviding Marketing & Contact Centre insights and technical support of the Anglian dialling platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Database Marketing Campaigns and ensuring that all systems and documents are updated accordingly.

**The Responsibilities**
- Assist the Marketing Insight Project Lead to interrogate, analyse and understand internal and external data, in order to identify and report on business enhancing insights, with a focus on the Contact Centre and Marketing performance
- Support the performance reporting required for the successful operation of the different Contact Centre teams and activities
- Assist with managing accurate documentation regarding technical changes on the dialler system
- Manage Campaign buildings, script changes and routing of calls
- Create, run and amend regular and adhoc database marketing campaigns and ensure internal systems are kept updated with campaign selections

**Requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English in grade C or above ( Grade 4 or above, or equivalent )
- Good knowledge of Excel functions and formulae
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task & prioritise workload
- A logical thinker with a curious mindset
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skill
