We're looking for an experienced **Marketing Executive** to join our Norwich-based marketing team - someone who can bring a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise, and creative flair to a role that’s central to our brand visibility and growth.

If you’re confident leading marketing activity from concept through to execution. You’ve worked closely with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent campaigns. You understand the importance of detail in brand storytelling - and how to balance creativity with commercial thinking - we want to hear from you

**Your responsibilities as a Marketing Executive will include**:

- **Campaign Ownership** - Take the lead on end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and brand messaging.
- **Supplier Coordination** - Work closely with external partners to create polished, on-brand materials for use in print, digital, and in-field promotion.
- **Advertising Strategy** - Oversee the development and placement of adverts across publications and platforms, with a strong focus on our used machinery listings.
- **Social Media Leadership** - Manage our social media presence with confidence, curating engaging, timely content, and using insights to grow reach and engagement.
- **Event Marketing** - Support key events and demos by developing promotional materials, briefing suppliers, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- **Content Development** - Create and oversee written content for a range of platforms, ensuring clarity, tone, and messaging reflect our values and resonate with target audiences.
- **Brand Integrity** - Act as a guardian of the Ben Burgess brand, ensuring every piece of marketing reflects our identity and high standards.
- Proven experience as a **Marketing Executive**with a solid track record of campaign planning and execution.
- A **creative mindset** with a strategic edge - able to generate ideas and see them through to measurable results.
- Strong **copywriting skills**, with the ability to write for different audiences and platforms.
- Confident managing **social media** (ideally with tools like Hootsuite) and interpreting performance analytics.
- Experience working with external suppliers, creatives, and printers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
- A **full UK driving licence** is essential for supporting event and field-based marketing initiatives.
