**About the role**:
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and be part of the next steps in our exciting journey.

This role involves delivering marketing activity, including supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategy across multiple channels. One of the key elements to this role is to ensure the smooth running and the effective delivery of day to day marketing activity, as well as contributing ideas and projects to push the team forward. You may also have the opportunity to mentor and support more junior members of the marketing team in this role and there will be long term opportunities for progression into managerial positions.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- Contribute to the smooth running of our marketing operations across all our paid and unpaid channels
- Develop marketing strategies and creating short
- and long-term plans to increase brand reach
- Report to senior management on progress using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- Identify and prepare for relevant events and support the team in attendance
- Creating effective marketing campaign plans to promote certain products and areas of the business
- Find new ways of building our brand

**About the person**:
Ideally you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:

- Marketing degree, other relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated and driven
- Full of ideas, lots of creativity
- A strategic thinker able to plan for the long term
- Personable and able to work well with others throughout the company
