**Job Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Marketing Plans**:

- Create and implement strategic marketing plans to increase patient referrals and promote home health services within the assigned territory.
- **Build and Maintain Referral Relationships**:

- Establish strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
- **Conduct Outreach and Community Engagement**:

- Represent the company at health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and community functions to promote services and raise brand awareness.
- **Educate Referral Sources**:

- Provide education and informational materials to referral sources about home health services, admission criteria, and benefits of in-home care.
- **Track and Analyze Marketing Performance**:

- Monitor referral trends and marketing effectiveness using CRM tools or referral tracking systems; adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
- **Collaborate with Clinical and Operations Teams**:

- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth referral intake and a positive experience for new patients and referral sources.
- **Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends**:

- Stay current with healthcare regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and industry trends affecting home health marketing.
- **Report and Communicate Progress**:

- Provide regular updates to management on referral activity, marketing metrics, and business development efforts.
- **Ensure Compliance and Ethical Marketing**:

- Adhere to all federal and state regulations related to marketing and healthcare referrals (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute).
- **Customer Service and Follow-up**:

- Serve as a point of contact for referral sources and families, ensuring timely follow-up and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Beginners are welcomed or 1-2 years of experience (is preferred) in marketing, business development, or sales within the healthcare industry, preferably in home health, hospice, or senior care.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with an emphasis on persuasive writing techniques.
- Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.00-£21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
