**About the role**:
This is a full-time role, 44 hours a week ,working 4 days out of 7 (excl. bank holidays) on a shift basis between the hours of 06:00 & 22:00. (**Mon-Sat - 06:00 -22:00** & **Sunday 09:00-18:00**)

Due to expansion here at E-zec, we are looking for a team of Neighbourhood Transport Assistants (NTA's) to provide a door-to-door service like no other.

As a Neighbourhood Transport Assistant, you will transport members of our local communities in an up to 16-seater, wheelchair accessible vehicle. Our NTA’s are very important and form part of our Demand Response Team. You will be the face of the company and delivering a top tier service to our clients.

We are looking for confident, diligent & customer focused individuals to join our team and help create a memorable and comfortable experience for every client who uses our service.

**Main Duties**:

- Responsible for a high standard and safe transportation of clients.
- Drive our vehicles within the operating zones and in accordance with the standards required in the company’s environmental policy.
- Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Check the vehicle prior to use in accordance with the daily vehicle checks list reporting any accident damage, defects or deficiencies immediately and replenishing stock as necessary.
- To report any safeguarding concerns/incidents or accidents to your line manager
- Undertake all training that is required for the role. (Driving, PDA training etc)
- A full UK driving licence (no more than 3 penalty points)
- Will hold a D1 licence. If you passed your practical driving test (licence category B) before 1 January 1997 you would automatically have this on your licence.
- Have a driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification. **However, we can support you to obtain this.**:
