Customer Service Administrator

Morson Talent are partnering with a key customer to seek multiple Customer Service Administrators to join their team on a initial 3-month basis to support the increased demand over the season. We are seeking individuals who have worked in a customer servicerole (Retail, Hospitality, Contact Centre...) or a confident/outgoing personality with a willingness to learn and develop.
**Responsibilities:**
- Working within the fast 24/7 response department, providing a friendly and professional service to the client's customers'
- Build a strong rapport with the customers, understanding the reason for the call and communicate the appropriate outcome
- Support customers through a variety of communication channels
- Communicate to internal teams of customer issues to initiate a appropriate and efficient resolution
- Undertake general administrative tasks and documents with close attention to detail
- Ownership of each customer contact and providing regular updates to resolution
**Skills & Experience:**
- Previous experience in a customer service role or a outgoing personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great listening and organisational skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Driven to achieve SLA's
**Pay & Benefits**:
