**The Opportunity**
The opportunity has arisen to join a large, rapidly growing organisation within the Training and People Services Team.
As a People Services Administrator, you’ll be part of the team who are responsible for the effective delivery of the employee learning cycle; this includes ensuring that the company is operationally compliant with mandatory skills and competency requirements.
Within the role, you will plan training courses to meet customer requirements, spanning technical and leadership courses for new or existing colleagues, as defined by training needs analysis. You’ll also undertake pre-course checks to validate planning accuracyand providing assurance that relevant resources and facilities have been correctly assigned.
Key accountabilities of this role will include:
- Completing all course and other competency closure activities ensuring that records have been accurately loaded into the Learning Management System in a timely manner
- Efficiently plan courses taking consideration of trainer, assessor, resource/facility availability
- Maximising the use of virtual delivery and local delivery to enhance the customer experience and minimise customer travel (within the limitations of the requirements of the course)
- Suggesting improvements and innovations to measures, processes and controls, embracing our philosophy of continuous improvement
- Managing queries from stakeholders relevant to training and competency framework
- Engaging with contracted third parties regarding the provision of training for employees
- Support structured business model - answering users training queries via the HR single point of contact model in a timely, efficient, and customer orientated way
- Manage bookings with the supply chain

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient in the use of Success Factors/Learning Link
- Competent in the use of desktop packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Good understanding of our training products and the resource requirements associated with them
- Strong Customer focus
- Ability to build effective working relationships with other colleagues and stakeholders
- Able to plan and prioritise effectively to deliver against goals and targets
- Strong organisation skills with an ability to manage multiple different work streams simultaneously
- Capable of making decisions that are well thought through, considering all of the information
- Flexible approach accepting the need for change and positively helping others through new challenges
