**Salary**:£21,287 - £25,043 (depending on skills & experience)

**About The Role**

Day-to-Day duties working as a Scheduling Support will involve:

- Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks to build the delivery plan.
- Supporting the overall priority of work.
- Co-ordinating work with other areas of the business and having a holistic view of all work required to be completed 'on day’ and short to long term.
- Assisting in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training.
- Assisting in the delivery of training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures.
- Participating in the measurement of individual and team objectives, to enable Network performance gaps to be identified and improved.
- Being highly organised with attention to detail to ensure data assurance and be able to interrogate systems where required to obtain information to aid the job instructions and ensure completion is right first time.

**What You'll Bring**
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages.
- Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware).
