Job details:

- Installing, maintaining and removing traffic & pedestrian management systems
- Marshalling pedestrians
- Driving 3.5 tonne traffic management vehicles around the UK
- Ability to take vehicle home between shifts once training has been completed
- All PPE requirements provided at induction
- You may be required to travel occasionally
- Yard duties
- Working with customers on site daily
- Promoting a positive image of the company to customers via a professional attitude.
- Complying with and actively promoting Company policies, procedures and standards.
- 12 days on 2 days off
- Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications, starting at £10.50 per hour.
When working with Paragon TM, you will have:

- Full on-site training to be able to complete your duties
- Training opportunities to help further your career with Paragon Traffic Management such as Unit 2, Unit 10, T1 & T2, M1 & M2, T3, M3, T4, M4, T5, M5, T6 & M7.

- Use of a company vehicle (sharing may be required however COVID-19 precautions are in place)
- Approachable and supportive Management
**Requirements**:

- A full clean drivers license is preferable but not essential
- You will need to have a flexible approach to work as you may be required to work away over night/weekends
- Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team
- Must be able to deal with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Must have previous experience within a similar role
- Must be D & A free as random testing is carried out - including at induction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.25 per hour
