**The Role**
Project Team Management
- Lead the Project Management Team by example and support a proactive and positive team ethos
- Coach and develop the Project Management Team, ensuring that they have the relevant skillsets, training, and support to deliver outstanding service
- Manage workloads and planning so that Project Managers, including yourself, are effectively assigned to projects based on capability and capacity
- Co-ordinate activities throughout the project lifestyle ensuring successful project delivery
- Be willing to challenge/remove blockers, from either internal or external factors, that stop the Project Team successfully completing their jobs
Project Delivery
- Co-ordinate activities throughout the project lifestyle ensuring successful project delivery
- Work to manage and mitigate any project risks
- Escalate and help resolve service affecting issues promptly
- Work closely with and build strong relationships with the Account Management Team, ensuring that you deliver a unified approach
- Engage with both internal teams and customers, to ensure smooth project delivery, as well as helping to build key, long lasting relationships
- Ensure a smooth handover from Account Management to Projects and then from Projects to Support, creating clear documentation to support the handover
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations wherever possible, whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders and provide regular accurate updates to all stakeholders throughout the project delivery lifecycle
- Attend customer-facing meetings when needed
Leadership
- Develop effective collaborative working at a senior management level
- Help form the company strategy, based on the approved vision
- Develop and implement business processes and procedures that are appropriate to the project management function, and which are aligned to the company strategy
- Be prepared to wear ‘more than one hat’ when necessary, and to adapt to changing priorities

**The Offer**
This role will come with salary of up to £85,000 in addition to generous benefits package.
