**SO, WHAT’S THE STORY?**
In recent months, we have shaped a new team within HR, bringing together our Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management and culture and engagement team - all united under the umbrella of Talent. As a newly formed Centre of Excellence, we have big ambitions and a strong purpose,** **igniting Rebellious Self Expression by attracting, engaging, and developing the very best talent and enabling them to thrive at Dr. Martens (DMs).
**THE GIG**
**As our Senior TA Lead, you will be responsible for**:
- Business partnering with Global Leadership Team members and hiring managers to ensure a strong talent plan is developed, aligning and collaborating with the Head of HR on people plans.
- Working with hiring managers to plan and deliver recruitment priorities for each financial quarter to align with business-specific projects and/or growth.
- Talent pooling; as a functional expert develop an excellent bench of diverse talent for future growth.
- Providing support and mentorship to the TA Advisor, helping them continue to thrive in their talent acquisition role.
- Supporting the TA Manager and Global Head of Talent on projects and processes to constantly improve what we do, including regular reporting of performance.
- Reviewing and measuring our successes to ensure we achieve our own recruitment KPIs and continuous improvement to support our EDI efforts.
- Continuing the development and management of partnerships with education and foundation partners to drive early career talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.

- You’ll have in-house recruitment experience working with different corporate functions in a matrix environment.
- A deep interest in the creative and marketing space with a passion for supporting our efforts on developing career paths for our colleagues and hiring awesome diverse talent to DM’s.
- Possess great coaching skills, with the ability to support, develop and challenge managers.
- You are up to date with all current recruitment methods and processes with expertise using social media tools including LinkedIn to generate talent pools.
- A relationship builder with the credibility to take the lead and challenge or influence people’s thinking.
- Bring your passion for leadership and mentorship to the role, infusing the team with your enthusiasm for talent acquisition and showing up as a brand ambassador.
