As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Administrator to join our team and help manage and optimise our daily activities.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Operational Administrator at Your Local Window Cleaning, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing the behind-the-scenes aspects of our business. Your core responsibilities will include:
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate closely with window cleaners and canvassers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary information, daily schedules, and specific client instructions.
- **Work Scheduling & Allocation**: Efficiently assign jobs to our field team, optimising routes and managing schedules to maximise operational productivity.
- **Logistics Management**: Track the movement and progress of jobs throughout the day, ensuring that any disruptions are resolved swiftly to maintain service efficiency.
- **Customer Management**: Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide details about services, pricing, and availability, and address any operational concerns.
- **Payment & Invoice Processing**: Oversee payment collections from customers via various methods (cash, credit card, electronic), ensuring accurate transaction records and timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a service or logistics-based industry.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both team members and clients.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving operational workflows and overcoming logístical challenges.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
