With such pressures there is a need to deliver more efficiently in order to deliver essential services including safe and secure drinking water, storm-water management and wastewater management.

In fact, these challenges and their increasing complexity necessitate a paradigm shift to the next generation of water systems beyond traditional water and sewerage infrastructure.

Cultural change within a water utility requires executives with a clear vision and ambassadors with a strong conviction to change the system.

Grundfos has the digital solutions - can you help us sell them?

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring a positive customer experience where we demonstrate and deliver on optimizations and better data management.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the customer’s requirements and ability to build a value proposition. Quantifying opportunities and managing from a project perspective.
- Communicating our vision of our digital services to our end-users.
- Forecasting the annual/monthly sales
- Staying updated on market trends and competition.
- Representing Grundfos at tradeshow, exhibits, seminars, short courses, etc.

**What do you need to apply**
- Experience in managing sales within the digital environment
- Experience in Water Utility (as Sales) strongly preferred.
- Familiar with team-based selling (i.e., leveraging multiple internal stakeholders) and virtual selling
- Strong sales processes; manages self and drives own structured/organized process
- Most likely to have at least 3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Strong ability influence others.
