**40 Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm**

**Driving License Essential**

**What you will do**
- Be responsible for all incoming enquiries
- Ensure that documentation is completed and ready to meet the collection and delivery times for the customer as detailed on the daily delivery sheets
- Manage all the mileage updates
- Manage all free of charge replacements
- Manage all customer ready vehicles
- Manage all vehicles off road
- Invoicing sold vehicles and regular rentals
- Manage, pay and administer all recharges of fines, damages etc to customers
- Check in/out vehicles on delivery & return
- Taxing vehicles online

**What you will need**
- Previous rental or motor trade experience preferred
- Knowledge of ProHire and/or Kerridge is advantageous
- Understanding of vehicle rental/contract hire/leasing/vehicle funding
- Work as a team and confidently on your own
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- Good negotiating skills and confident building relationships
- Excellent computer skills and ability to collate and analyse data
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self motivated and can manage multiple requirements and demands effectively.
- Willingness to learn
