Chubb now has an opportunity for a **Customer Training Officer **to join our Fire Consultancy team. The main goal of this role is to provide an effective delivery of fire training to the customer in a professional and timely manner and ensuring that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care. This role covers the south west of UK including South Wales.

**Job Description**:
**W**hat will I be doing as Customer Training Officer?**
- Manage time to ensure preparation for fire training requirements are ready for the training to be delivered i.e. refilling of kit/replacement of used kit
- Deliver the training on site to the company standard required in a manor to which the delegates enjoy
- Liaise with the administration staff to ensure accurate information is given and followed by both parties in order to deliver at the correct time and site as required by the customer
- Liaise and building rapport with the regional/national sales team members to ensure that they are promoting the product we are providing in the allocated area
- Ensure that delegate certificates are sent to the customer on completion of the training course
- Ensure that the delegate list is sent to the customer service team in a timely manner to ensure that invoicing can be raised to the customer
- Achievement of agreed service level targets to ensure achievement of consistently high levels of customer service and mínimal customer attrition
- Be prepared to study and train to become a “low risk” fire risk assessor
- Be prepared to study and train to become a “fire door” surveyor

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Fire extinguisher maintenance experience ideally
- Knowledge of Fire Legislation and an understanding of how fire works
- Proven experience in administration tasks
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage with your audience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Used to working on own initiative and within a team environment
- Prepared to be adaptable to cover different areas of the country as and when required
