We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior Training and Implementation Officer to devise, develop and deliver training programmes, and support the Digital Implementations of Cardiff and Vale Health Board.
Extensive experience in the training / delivery / support of digital technologies is essential as well as experience with Digital implementation projects.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Training - Facilitate delivery of Digital training provision for the Health Board. Facilitate the rolling programme of training, develop e-learning solutions and devise new training solutions and documentation in response to Health Board and service demands.
Support - Contribute to the running of Digital support functions for a wide range of local and national systems. Support the Implementations Team Manager and key stakeholders during the ‘go-live’ phase of major systems implementation

Project - Assist Project Management Office in contributing to key Digital projects, including Health Board wide projects where required, in accordance with PRINCE2 methodology, ensuring the identification and delivery of all key project deliverables within timescale and budget and to an appropriate quality
