**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm

Lifting Gear UK have a position available at the companies Head Office in Skelmersdale assisting in the day to day running of our accounts department, carrying out an administration role & supporting LGUK branches throughout the UK

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Head Office Filing
- Inputting supplier certificates onto spreadsheet
- Answering phone calls
- Arranging meeting rooms and hotels when required
- Incoming and Outgoing Post Duties
- Assisting with purchase ledger inputting
- Ordering of stationary, work wear & various consumables for our branches throughout the country
- General administration duties e.g. scanning, shredding etc.
- To provide our Branch Managers with a fast response service developing a strong working relationship

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- A* - C GCSE or equivalent in Math’s & English
- IT Literate - confident in using various systems
- Organisation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment
- Punctuality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
