Cooksmill is a family owned, specialist wholesale superstore for professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts of all calibre. We specialise in the supply of cookware, kitchenware, bakeware, professional knives, tableware, glassware, catering equipment and much much more.

We are currently looking for a warehouse / customer services operative to work in our store in **Salford**. This role requires you to have high standards and excellent people skills.
- Sales counter: Product knowledge to be gained to help customers with their requirements. Till work will be a large part of the role so previous experience using a till and card machine are essential.
- Picking stock: which involves accuracy, numeracy, literacy and observation skills
- Goods in/Returns and rectification: Processing deliveries, quality checking, accuracy, numeracy, literacy, concentration, observation skills and an acute attention to detail
- Replenishing stock as and when needed
- Taking phone enquiries from customers which involves product knowledge and training will be provided

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience working in a sales/warehouse environment - but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High personal standards
- Very good relationship building skills

**Full time** and **part time** positions are available

Hours of work 40 hours per week on a rota basis, to include Saturdays - **Full time**
9am-5pm

Required education: High school or equivalent
Desired Experience: One year in Warehouse/Customer Services

**Salary**: From £9.94 per hour
