**Working hours 36.25 hour per week (8.30am-4.30pm)**

**About the Role**

We are looking to recruit a teacher who has had experience of supporting teaching and learning for children and young people with SEND and particular experience of social, emotional and mental health needs.

You will provide support to families and education settings in order to raise achievement, promote inclusion and improve access to learning opportunities for children and young people with SEND within the Borough of Trafford. You will bring a sound knowledge of SEND and a professional approach to the role and work effectively as part of the team. You will be working alongside team members who are from an education background who have in-depth knowledge and expertise of SEND and hold specialist SEN and Disability related qualifications.

**About you**

You will be an experienced, committed and highly motivated teacher with a working knowledge of SEND across all phases of education. You are likely to have SENCo experience and a post graduate level qualification.
