Protein Blender

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To accurately prepare all blends in a timely fashion ready for production.
- To work as a part of a team, sharing responsibilities and duties to achieve best practice and standards.
- To ensure: full PPE is worn, all health and safety measures are met, all cleaning and hygiene standards are adhered to.
- To complete all paperwork correctly as process requires.
- Follow and maintain quality procedures and assist with checks.
- To be on hand to assist in all areas of production and the facility when required.
- Be able to follow a plan to match production needs.
- To communicate and work closely with senior management to achieve department goals and standards.
- To be able to carry out heavy duties as well as operate machinery safely.

**Previous Experience and Qualifications**:

- Food production experience.
- Food Safety Qualifications - Preferred but not essential.

**Desired Qualities**
- Being able to work and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and excellent leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous blending experience.
