- Due to exciting service expansion, **Barnardo's Greater Manchester SEND Services** is looking for a **dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Practitioner** to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, inspire, and grow—while doing work that truly matters.

** What's the Role?**
- As a **Senior Practitioner**, you'll take the lead in planning and delivering our **Holiday Club Provision** across **Trafford and Rochdale**. You'll also line manage a team of As and When Workers—supporting recruitment, supervision, and development—ensuring high-quality, inclusive services for families.
- You'll work closely with our Team Manager and Children's Services Manager to keep things running smoothly and creatively. No two days are the same- ** Where We Work**
- Our services span across **Greater Manchester**, including **Trafford, Rochdale, and Bury**, and include:

- Holiday Club Provision
- Information, Advice and Support Services
- Mental Health Key Worker roles
- Neurodiversity in Education Projects-
- **What You'll Need**- A **UK driving licence** and access to a vehicle (travel across GM is essential)
- A **passion** for working with children, young people, and families
- A strong understanding of **SEND** and inclusive practice
- Confidence in **leading and supporting a team**
- Excellent **organisation and communication** skills
- Solid **safeguarding knowledge** and accurate recording abilities-
