They are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative. Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact with a company, that has the customer experience at the heart of everything they do?
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will champion customer engagement, to ensure you deliver a first-class customer experience. You will have many responsibilities, including interacting with customers to provide information in response to enquiriesabout products and services and to meet and exceed customer requirements, being the initial internal contact for supporting dedicated accounts throughout their customer journey.
The core working hours are, Monday to Thursday, 8.15am-5.15pm with an earlier finish on a Friday, 8.15-2.15pm.

Typical accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and be the lead for customer care on existing accounts
Liaise with customers regarding production, logístical and supply functions
Support Area Sales Managers in respect of their customer care journey
Support the sales function with customer centric projects
Handle incoming calls, general enquires and central inbox management
Product knowledge development and raising of item requests when required
Receive and process sales orders, credits and returns and file documentation for compliance
Import/export shipment transactions/processing
Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders when required to obtain or provide customer related information
Requirements:
- Proven experience of direct sales and customer service delivery is essential
Minimum 5 years within a B2B customer service environment
Competent in full range of Microsoft Office suite
Experience of working in an ERP and or SOP business system
CRM and CDP experience would be an advantage
Education (essential) - 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics. (Desirable) at least NVQ III or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Services
