**About being a Recruitment Consultant**

Join our **#OneBlueFamily** in a **remote based role,** within the **Catering and Hospitality sector across Oxfordshire,** **specialising in temporary Recruitment**.** Initially you will be travelling to our Blue Arrow Newbury branch for training for the first 2-3 weeks.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you will have access to our advanced technology systems. This role **offers a fully remote working pattern where you will manage your own desk and diary (with quarterly meetings in Newbury).** We are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Catering Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively identifying and establishing client relationships within the Catering and Hospitality sector
- Outbound business development calls
- Visiting clients on site, so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Marketing, advertising, and working to sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary Catering and Hospitality Employees from Chefs through to Front of House staff

**About You**:
**As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will have great relationship building and business to business sales skills with the ability and drive to manage the end to end process for the Catering and Hospitality desk OR you can join us if you have extensive experience within the Catering and Hospitality sector at supervisory level and are sales orientated. This is a warm desk and will allow you to pick up with existing clients and grow the desk further.**
